I just installed two of these in n my rear French doors. Installation instructions are not very good, but if you are handy you can figure it out. The fit and finish I would give a it an 8, some gaps and poor fit may require some caulk. One person can do this if you have a suction cup holder
This worked out pretty well. Cutting the hole in the door was a little messy but installing the glass insert was simple.
I broke my window, and this was the replacement.
The door glass was super easy to install and fit perfectly. I had some difficulty with the blinds but was able to work with a seller for helpful solution. The window frame looks good and the door glass was so clear I thought I had a hole in my door. It does come into separate packages. Double check to make sure the blinds will properly mount to the door frame before you do your install.

The glass insert was very well protected in its shipping crate. It was easy to unpack and very easy to install. The screw holes were predrilled and the plastic inserts to hide the screws were a perfect fit. I was very pleased.
