Refund policy

We offer a 45-day return window for our products. Please review the following scenarios and our return process:

Situation 1: Damaged or Missing Accessories

If the package arrives damaged or with missing hardware, we take 100% responsibility.

What to do:

Please take clear photos of the damage or missing parts and email them to us along with your order number.

Resolution:

1.Slightly Damaged or Missing Accessories: We will send replacements free of charge.

2.Seriously Damaged: We will provide a full refund, and the original product doesn't need to be returned.

Situation 2: Lost in Transit

1.Signed for Package: No refund will be provided if the parcel has been signed for by the customer.

2.Lost Package:If the parcel hasn’t been signed for and we confirm it is lost in transit, we will either resend the product you purchased free of charge or issue a full refund.

Situation 3: Order Remorse

Please contact us via email and send photos to confirm that the product is intact and without any installation marks.

Resolution:

1.Cancellation Before Shipment: A 100% refund will be provided.

2.Cancellation After Shipment: You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Once the product is returned to the warehouse and confirmed to be in original condition, we will issue a full refund within 7 days, minus the shipping costs.

Situation 4: Misfit for Door Opening

Please contact us via email promptly and send photos to ensure that the product is intact and without any installation marks.

Resolution:

1.You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Once the product is returned and confirmed to be in original condition, we will issue a full refund within 7 days, minus the shipping costs.

2.If the product has been installed, 50% of the purchase price will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Situation 5: Refund for Large Orders (More than 4 Doors)

Damaged Products:
Please contact us via email first. If the issue is product damage, we will take full responsibility.

Other Issues:
If there are other issues, the return plan will be discussed based on the specific circumstances.
