Free Shipping

TENONER offers free shipping for all orders within the Continental US. Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or commercial address.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations, or freight forwarders.

We typically use FedEx or UPS for delivery.

Multiple Packages

To minimize the risk of damage during transit, some products will be sent in two or three different parcels. 

Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time: 2 business days, spanning from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Shipping Time: 4 to 10 business days.

Local Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order directly from our warehouse, please get in touch with us via the email. We will offer you with additional discounts and provide you with pick up docuement.
